With the warm weather we decided to go high and and North Facing. The N Ridge of the Pfeifferhorn has always been one of our favorites and it seemed to fit the day's requirements. The climbing felt more secure than it ever has and luckily the ridge sheltered us from the howling SW winds. The initial plan of skiing one of a couple N facing lines quickly changed when we realized there was no snow in them. The East Face was a good consolation prize.
