I got to go to Moab with the birthday girls for a little climbing day trip. An early start from the PG Macy's had us at a full Fisher Towers trailhead around 9. The approach is quick and we were waiting in a four party line at the base of Ancient Art in no time. Even though we were close to CO, everyone we met was surprisingly cool. The route was good, weather was great, the birthday girls were ready to climb!

Once we made it to the "sidewalk," we met back up with Cresta and Larry from Moab. This is what followed.
Kind of creepy watching from that close. The rest of the climb went smoothly.

7:30 birthday dinner meant we had to run home. With all the skiing going on lately, a little desert time was pretty good contrast, would have liked to stay.
